By using the Zenium service, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before working with the platform.

1. Service description

Zenium is a platform for automating customer communication on messaging channels — including WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and others — using artificial-intelligence technologies. The Service is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you select.

2. Eligibility

  • The Service is available to legal entities and individuals registered in accordance with applicable law.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • You may not transfer access to your account to third parties.
  • The minimum age to use the Service is 18.

3. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

4. Subscription & fees

The Service is provided on a monthly subscription. Current plan prices are listed on our website. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except in the event of documented Service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours caused by Zenium.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you must not:

  • send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
  • violate personal-data law in any applicable jurisdiction;
  • use the Service to distribute illegal content;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, intrude into, or otherwise disrupt the platform;
  • use automated access tools without our prior written consent.

6. WhatsApp and Instagram compliance

When you use Zenium to send messages via WhatsApp or Instagram, you must comply with the policies that Meta Platforms requires of all senders, including:

Violation of these policies may result in suspension or revocation by Meta Platforms of your messaging access, and may also lead to suspension or termination of your Zenium account.

7. Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content uploaded into the AI agent's knowledge base and for the messages sent to your customers through the Service. Zenium is not liable for consequences arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Zenium platform, including its design, algorithms and source code, is the intellectual property of Zenium. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service within the scope of your selected subscription plan.

9. Service availability

We aim to provide 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Zenium may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of breach of these Terms, without refund of fees paid.

11. Limitation of liability

Zenium is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the most recent billing period.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Any disputes are resolved by the competent court at the location of Zenium, unless otherwise required by mandatory law applicable to the user.
